Delivery Fees Deliveriesover $100.00 and within 20 miles of Chesterfield Township are FREE -- this includes New Baltimore, Macomb, Shelby, Utica, Washington Township, Clinton Township, Sterling Heights, Roseville, Mt. Clemens, Richmond, Lenox, and most of Warren and Marine City (if you do not see your city here please ask). Deliveries under $100.00 are subject to a delivery charge (charge varies based on the item(s) being delivered & location of event).
Set-up and take-down of tents is done at no charge. If set-up of tables and chairs is required, this can be provided at an additional cost. Equipment is delivered to ground floor only (no basements/upstairs) and can be stacked underneath the tent or placed in a garage or patio.
Payment Methods A 25% deposit is due within 2 weeks of reserving items. The balance is then due upon delivery. We accept cash, check, or Mastercard/Visa.
When Will My Items Be Delivered/Picked-Up? Saturday Parties: Tent, table, and chair deliveries begin Thursday Morning and continue through Friday Evening and are scheduled according to area. You will be notified no later than the Wednesday before your event with a scheduled delivery time. You do not have to be home for delivery, however, it is recommended. Special arrangements can be made for a particular delivery day and/or time, however, a $25.00 fee will be imposed. Pick-ups begin as early as 6:00 a.m. Sunday and continue through Monday evening (you do not need to be home for pick-up as long as all equipment is accessible, cleaned, and restacked).
Sunday Parties: If your order was not delivered on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, it will be delivered between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Sunday. You do not have to be home for delivery, however, it is recommended. Pickups begin on Monday through Tuesday evening (you do not need to be home for pick-up as long as all equipment is accessible).
What Should I Do Before Delivery?
Arrange to have the lawn cut prior to your scheduled delivery time. If this cannot be done, the tent can still be set-up with the tables and chairs placed in an alternate area.
Stake out the area where the tent is to be set-up and/or arrange to have someone home to ensure the tent is placed where you want it. Add 5 feet to the tent size for staking. Mark sprinkler lines in the area where the tent will be set-up.
Clear at least one lane of the driveway for delivery access.
When decorating, Crepe Paper, Colored Streamers, and Silly String and NOT allowed on, in or near tents (causing staining)! Tiki torches, firepits, fireworks, etc. are also prohibited near tents.
Table Covers are highly recommended for tables.
What Should I Do After My Event? Wipe down tables & chairs and stack/fold them under the tent for pickup just as they were delivered. Please make sure all items are accessible for pick-up. There will be a $25.00 clean-up fee imposed for items not cleaned up. Our customers helping keep our equipment clean is what keeps our costs to you so low!
Other You are responsible for all equipment rented from the time our delivery crew leaves to time of pick- up. Please count and inspect equipment before the crew departs from your residence--any missing or damaged items will be charged at complete replacement cost. We cannot be held responsible for damaged sprinkler lines -- please mark all sprinkler heads so that any damage to the lines can be avoided as much as possible. If you are concerned about utilities, please call Ms. Dig 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
